End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and RightTap ("we", "us", or "our") for the use of the RightTap mobile application ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any Apple device that you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

2. In-App Purchases

The App offers optional in-app purchases, including virtual coin packs and cosmetic items. All purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's payment terms.

• Virtual coins and cosmetic items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or refunded outside of Apple's refund policy.
• Prices are displayed in your local currency as determined by the App Store.
• Consumable purchases (coin packs) are applied to your account immediately and cannot be restored.
• Non-consumable purchases (starter pack) can be restored using the Restore Purchases option in Settings.

3. Virtual Currency

Coins earned through gameplay or purchased through in-app purchases are virtual items stored locally on your device. We are not responsible for the loss of virtual currency due to device changes, app deletion, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Game Center

The App integrates with Apple Game Center for leaderboards. Use of Game Center is subject to Apple's terms and conditions. We do not control or have access to your Game Center data.

5. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Exploit the App or its virtual economy through unauthorized means
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to graphics, sounds, designs, and code, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. This EULA does not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App.

9. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies.

10. Changes to This EULA

We reserve the right to modify this EULA at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
